What to include
The more you can tell us about what the part has to do, the more useful our first answer will be.
- Part print, or a Mastercam / STEP / IGES file
- Resin, or the performance the part has to meet
- Annual volume and run size
- Critical dimensions and tolerances
- What has already been tried and failed
A part that has been through three molders has three sets of eliminated hypotheses attached to it, and that history usually points at the answer faster than starting over would.
